This is when Baipai Thai Cooking School has established and prides ourselves on presenting the authenticity, those of Thai cooking and Thai culture onto a plate. Only for half a day in the morning or afternoon, participants will get to learn and enjoy the cooking lessons with genuine and traditional Thai recipes which are properly and accurately transferred together with secrets, tips and tricks.

Baipai School – Established in April 2002, and accredited by the Ministry of Education of Thailand. Baipai is an ideal home-style learning environment unlike other cooking schools and those of the hotels and restaurants in Thailand. Baipai opens to interested residences, expatriates and foreign visitors with the use of English language as a medium of teaching for non-native Thai speakers.
The School House – Located away from the crowded streets, in Bangkok residential area. A charming two storey house with wooden d้cor and locally styled furnishings in tranquil surroundings, cozy and relaxing atmosphere with the local life goes by outside.
The Workshop – An opened-air Thai stylish home-like kitchen, clean and professional set up to ensure your cooking comfort. The workshop occupies at the bottom floor of the house. Each student will have his/her own cooking station, specifically equipped and designed to enhance your cooking experience.
The Teachers – Possess a minimum of 10 years experience in this specialized area of culinary delights! They are enthusiastic about food and the sharing of their knowledge with the participants.
The Courses – Completely hands-on. While the technical content is purposefully presented, the whole process is meant to be entertaining and a word  “fun“ for participants. You learn by preparing food handed-on with our experienced teacher guides and emphasis on the art of fine Thai cooking in a relaxed social environment.

Baipai cooking courses are short courses, conducted in English by Thai professionals, offer to anyone from beginners as well as experienced cooks, and perfect for those with limited travel time, too. Our experienced teachers will guide you through a session of  “completely hands-on“ fun filled courses with emphasis on the art of fine Thai cooking in a relaxed social environment. The courses concentrated on local & fine Thai cuisine using the freshest local & seasonal produce. You will be learnt during the class: traditional and practical Thai techniques as well as the substitutions to Thai local ingredients in which to ensure you can prepare the dishes authentically and innovatively back home. You will also experience the hospitality which has been part of our many years history. The courses run daily from Tuesday to Sunday, 2 courses a day: morning and afternoon. 1 courses (4 hours) features 1 set menu.
Monday is a school weekly day off – no classes.
Morning class from 9 : 30 am to 1 : 30 pm, and
Afternoon class from 1 : 30 pm to 5 : 30 pm
Bai Pai Cooking School
09:30 – 13:30, 13:30 – 16:30 except Monday and Public holidays  There is no better way to learn Thai cooking once you are in Thailand and taking a Thai cooking class, taught by qualified Thai personnel. 09.30 AM- Pick up from your hotel.
- Travel by longtailed boat to a typical Thai House in a Bangkok.
- Participate in a professionally conducted Thai cooking course.
- Afterwards taste your dishes for lunch to complete this unique and truly Thai experience.
13.30 PM- Transfer back to your hotel.
