Kanchanaburi is Thailand's third largest province, covering an area of 19,486 square kilometers. The provincial area is mountainous and borders Myanmar to the west. The province of Kanchanaburi consists of 13 districts or Amphoe of which Amphoe Muang, Amphoe Sai Yok, Amphoe Thong Pha Phum, Amphoe Sangkhlaburi, Amphoe Tha Muang, Amphoe Bo Phloi, and Amphoe Si Sawat are tourist destinations. Kanchanaburi is the site of the world-famous Bridge Over The River Kwae, immortalized in books and movies, and is noted for rugged natural beauty where mountains and river valleys have inspired development of hydro-electric power and where labyrinthine reservoirs provide further scenic elements to the province's natural beauty. Itinerary of Kanchanaburi Trekking Full Day Tour
06:30 AM. : Pick up from various Hotel in Bangkok and Transfer to RIVER KWAI.
09:30 AM. : Arrived in Kanchanaburi home well known of the Bridge over the RIVER KWAI.The allied prisoners of World War II Cemetery, Who perished while building the Death Railway.Visit to the World War II museum, Bridge over the River Kwai to look at surrounding.Take a ride through history on the Death Railway Train, Passing lush forest scenery.
13:00 PM. : Arrived to “ NAM TOK ” station. Minibus take to Rafts & Restaurant.
Have Lunch on Floating Restaurant.
14:15 PM. : Trip to trekking tour and enjoy with Elephant Riding 1.30 hour and Bamboo raft for rafting downstream a leisurely picturesque on " KWAI NOI RIVER " about 1.30 hrs. process and take you to Elephant Camp for Elephant Ridding (about 1 hr.) Relax and enjoy at water fall “ SAI-YOK NOI and then Free for Personal leisure.
15:30 PM. : Departure from sai yok noi waterfall and back to Bangkok.
18:30 PM. : Arrive Bangkok and Transfer to Hotel
